Poster Session
There will be a Poster Session on Friday, July 22nd in the afternoon. Attendees need to sign-up ahead of time in order to participate. If you would like to present a poster, please notify Elsye Luc.
- The dimensions of the poster should be no larger than 36 inches (91.5 cm) height x 48 inches (122 cm) width (landscape) or 48 inches in height x 36 inches width (portrait).
- The text, illustrations, etc. should be bold enough to be read clearly from a distance of 6 ft. (2 meters).
- Poster board and push pins will be provided for mounting posters.
- It is suggested that you bring your poster already printed.
