MIT offers both unique and conventional meeting spaces that can accommodate gatherings from 2 to 1,200. Many rooms contain state of the art audio visual equipment and most offer wireless internet connectivity. Conference rooms are available for year-round booking. Lecture halls and classrooms may be booked during summer months, on weekends and holidays, and during evening hours.

On-campus housing is available from mid June through mid August for conference attendees and their guests age 6 and older. Most residence halls are located along the Charles River and within easy walking distance to meeting spaces and athletic facilities.
