  • Establish timeline for registration
  • Design hard copy registration forms
  • Design and implement web-based registration process
  • Receive, process, and confirm advanced registrations
  • Process payments submitted via check, wire transfer, MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover
  • Process refunds
  • Maintain and populate a customized registration database
  • Provide customized weekly attendance and financial reports
  • Customize name badges and attendee rosters incorporating event logo
  • Assemble and distribute registration packets and tourist information
  • Staff on-site registration and information booths
  • Process walk-in registrants on-site, using supporting computer hardware and credit card terminal
