MCAS & SAT

The Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System or MCAS is a statewide test administered to public school students in the eighth and tenth grades. We encourage your family to become informed about MCAS and your child's test-taking preparation. The Massachusetts Department of Education has provided information online regarding the test and its administration, including sample questions.

Most U.S. colleges and universities require the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) for student admission. SEED Academy will work with students to prepare for the test in their junior year, but again, it is important to arm yourselves with as much information as possible. The College Board provides information on the test, planning for college, and financial aid online.
