The Womxn in Science Social is an annual event that is designed for networking and community bonding for women and non-binary people in nuclear science. Each year, we hold a dinner for those attending the Division of Nuclear Physics meeting to establish connections with women in industry, early career and senior scientists. We incorporate discussion about challenges facing women in science today and brainstorm for possible action-based solutions to fix these problems. We are very excited to be holding the 7th annual event at this year’s DNP.
