Reciprocal Society Member Registration Instructions
Members of APS Reciprocal Societies (https://www.aps.org/membership/reciprocal/societies.cfm) may register at the Regular APS member rate. This can be done online at the link above or via the registration form. If you are a Student Reciprocal Member, you will not see the student rates. You must use the registration form and send proof of your student status via the fax number on the registration form.

For Regular Reciprocal Members: To register online, click “Log In to Register” and then click “Don’t have an account” or “Forgot your password.” Once you are in your account, choose “Edit my Demographics” to select your reciprocal society. Then, register for the meeting.

Information for Students:
If you do not see the correct student pricing for online registration, please follow these steps before completing your registration:

1. Update your account information at https://my.aps.org/NC__Login?startURL=%2Fstudentupdate.
2. Once you've updated your account, you can register again at the correct student rate.
3. Please note: If you have previously tried to register and the rate was not correct, please make sure you delete the items in your cart before attempting to register again.
