Merchants may develop their own web forms that post payment transactions to the secure back-end transaction processing servers. These web forms must follow specific naming and posting conventions.

This is a good option for merchants that need to collect payments for which only limited information is needed from the buyer. For example, custom web forms can be used to collect payments on invoices or other fees.

Merchants that need to collect additional information from registrants and/or want to offer additional payment methods may wish to combine cgiemail with their custom web form.
