Abstract submission will be electronic. The APS abstract submission website will open early May 2014. To submit an abstract, one should go to the APS home page: http//www.aps.org. Under the heading "Meeting & Events" scroll down and click on "Abstract Submission." on this page, you will find the Abstract Submission Process, instructions, help files, FAQ, Policies and Guidelines. When you are ready to submit your abstract, please go to http://abstracts.aps.org/. Click on Start Abstract Submission and Select the meeting "4th Joint Meeting of the APS Division of Nuclear Physics and Physical Society of Japan," and follow the instructions.

The abstract submission deadline is July 1, 2014. The sorters meeting to organize the sessions will be Friday, July 11, 2014. The preliminary program will become available to abstract authors after August 12, 2014. The program website will open to all members of the DNP and JPS by August 15, 2014.
