The onsite registration desk will be situated in the pre-function area of the Convention Center of the Hlton Waikoloa Village, the lower level across from the Big Island Breakfast restaurant. Hours will be similar to those for the scientific sessions. The reg desk will be open Monday evening, to accommodate those arriving early for the Workshops on Tuesday. It will be open during the Reception on Tuesday evening. It will be closed during the afternoon on Wednesday and Thursday, when no scientific sessions are scheduled.
