LSA.119 | Problems in Proto-Indo-European Morphology: The Verb

Jay Jasanoff
TR 10:10-11:50
location: 32-144

This course will focus on selected topics in Indo-European verbal morphology, with emphasis on "non-standard" formations — lengthened-grade perfects and aorists, -preterites, and other categories whose status in the parent language is unclear.

Prerequisites: An elementary knowledge of IE historical-comparative grammar will be presupposed.
