 Requirements for all Applicants:

  1. A completed application form. You may APPLY ONLINE and return the application to us electronically, or you may contact us to request an application form.
  2. A curriculum vitae.
  3. A letter from your department chair, dean, or other appropiate academic officer must accompany your application. The letter should indicate your institution's support of your participation in the SIMSMC and of your efforts, post SI, to develop courses stimulated by the SI approach to education. The letter may be mailed or sent via FAX or email to:
