| Research summary:
My project makes use of microfluidic models of the human peripheral vasculature to study and predict the in vivo distribution of therapeutic molecules. In particular, I assess the permeability of the endothelium as a function of the physico-chemical attributes of the molecules, and the functional downstream engagement of these molecules with cancer cells (circulating or within solid tumors).
