Registration Fees
Early Fee (received on or before September 15, 2011) $175
Standard Fee (received after September 15, 2011) $200
Registration includes admission to all sessions, materials; continental breakfast, lunch & coffee breaks; and one ticket to the reception & dinner at the Hyatt Regency. Additional tickets to the reception & dinner are available for $100 each.
