SPEAKERS—Instructions for Uploading Talks
Speakers MUST upload their slides at least 24 hours before their talk. It is strongly advised that speakers come by to the Speaker's Bureau to check that their slides uploaded properly and confirm that there are no issues with displaying.
How to Upload Speaker's slides to their Contribution on Indico
DO NOT UPLOAD ANY POWERPOINT SLIDES TO THE INDICO SYSTEM. ALL SLIDES MUST BE IN PDF FORMAT.
Start from the PANIC11 Indico login page here:
Put in your user name and password and click login button. Once logged in you will see the screen below.
Click the "My contributions" link to view your contribution (s).
Select the contribution you want to modify then click the "add material" link at the bottom.
Browse for the PDF version of your file to upload. Click the "create resource" button.
