Password Reset
  1. Launch your favorite Internet browser (e.g. IE, Netscape, Firefox)

  2. Go to http://web.mit.edu/sma/


  3. Click Login


  4. Under Log in to faculty/staff area, enter password


  5. Click login

  6. Under QTools, click SMA administrators and faculty

  7. Click Forgot password?

    Note: Clicking on password will launch the Reset Password window.



  8. Enter your email address

  9. Click Submit
