External Guests and Contacts

Windows users with MAPI-based email (such as Microsoft Mail, or DaVinci) and all users with SMTP mail can invite "external" guests (non-Meeting Maker users) to meetings via e-mail directly from the Meeting Proposal window.

"External" guests can be anyone you can reach via e-mail.

Instead of a Meeting Maker meeting proposal, external guests receive an e-mail message containing the following data from the proposal.
