Shortcuts to Selecting Guests

Use these shortcuts to select guests quickly:

Action	Shortcut
To make someone a required guest	Double-click a name.
To highlight several users at once	Shift-click each name or shift click and drag over several names.
To find and highlight a name quickly	Click in the list, then type the first few letters of the last name.

To display a different user list, choose one of these options from the menu above the user list.

Resources	Names of equipment
Locations	Names of meeting rooms
[Group Name]	Names in the last group you opened
