Macintosh Troubleshooting

Even though GlobalProtect installed successfully on your Mac, you might experience an issue when trying to connect for the first time. There are two possible issues for this.

  1. GlobalProtect VPN is compatible with Macs running macOS High Sierra 10.13 or newer.

  2. If nothing happens on your Mac when you click Connect, you might need to adjust your macOS security settings. Go to Apple > System Preferences > Security and Privacy > General.

If you see an alert about software from Palo Alto Networks being blocked, click Allow and enter your computer's administrative username and password as prompted.
