Martin's band was playing at Cailin's party. The band is called "Transparent Terror".
Last time, three Wyrmish dragons showed up and attacked the party. The local Ilk's tendrils were dispersed, to a thought of "Oh, no, not again" and a vision of buckets in Arden.
Princess Chandra, wielding the Serpent's brother (the winged Wyrm), killed one.
Marial with the stone sword killed the second.
The one that Pharaban and Raven were attacking bailed out through a rift in reality.
A whole slew of Amberites failed to escape and were killed or injured. Of the Dragon Council (10), only two survived. Fifteen other dragons arrived, and fourteen were killed.
Cagliostro sends a message to his daughter telling her that he is in Cobalt.
Jean and Neville are at the Primal Pattern.
Cailin's blood curse attempting to learn the true names of all of their enemies has filled his brain with names. After a few moments, Cailin knows all of the names... and his brain is haunted with countless souls of the dead.
Cailin and Natasha are in Arden near the corpse of one of Zack's rangers who startled Natasha. They go to the castle, and encounter two Randoms and a bleeding Tate.
Cailin looks around Amber for people. He doesn't find any, and it doesn't snow. He sends a probe down towards the Pattern room, and it hits a rift, hits the Sea, and dissolves.
Cailin and Natasha gate to the Mages Guild in Chaos to acquire a healer. They chase him out and tell him to get a healer. One of Amaranth's sisters - Jackie - volunteers to go in and help. She takes two steps in, steps back out again, and yanks a crossbow bolt out of her leg. Jackie lassoes Tate and drags him out.
Cailin can't figure out how to gate to Cobalt to acquire a healer. Jean fishes Bast to Amber.
A mob gates to Cobalt.
Cagliostro starts working on Tate. He has some problems with not being able to modify Tate -- too much "mystic inertia".
Cailin and Jean try to explain Norton's head people and Norton's approach to bringing back the dead to Dworkin.
An orgy is starting, with Dworkin at the center.
Jean asks Ilk in the Hamsterverse if he could talk to Hamster Dworkin. Ilk passes a note via Jean about the Logrus here being static and Pharaban-y. Ilk in the tree reads it and passes it to the Serpent's Antechamber through the Logrus in Chaos, which is also static-y. Kintani is there, bleeding somewhat. The note is left for Kintani to present to Princess Chandra and/or the Serpent when he can.
Cagliostro has finished patching and routing most of the damaged bits in Tate that appeared to need patching.
Cailin thrashes for a while and tries to determine that state of the Spiral without joining the orgy. When they see the Spiral, covered by a net of variable Pattern, the voices in Cailin's head go away.
Ilk, in the Hamsterverse, fills in Hamster Dworkin and Jean on the nature of souls and the Serpent.
