In the first recitation, your instructor will give you an overview of how 6.033 works, and specifically how recitation works. They'll also prepare you for reading the paper required for Thursday's recitation.

We will assign you to your permanent recitation during the first week of class. For this initial recitation, our TAs will be in touch to give you a preliminary recitation assignment (which may change over the course of the week as students add/drop). If, by Tuesday 2/16, you haven't received such an assignment, or your schedule has changed such that you can't make your assigned section, please attend one that you can make (schedule).
