Parking and Transportation

Please be aware that parking is extremely limited. Groups planning events are encouraged to utilize public transportation or ride share services. A list of these facilities is available on the Parking and Transportation website. The Parking and Transportation Office is located in E17-106, telephone: 258-6510, or email mitparking@mit.edu. Any requests for the use of MIT parking facilities must be made through the Parking and Transportation Office.

The Parking and Transportation Office also operates a charter service to assist you with group transportation needs. Our fleet of vans and buses are available for hire to the MIT Community for MIT functions; for further information and to make arrangement, contact this office. Please encourage your attendees and participants to utilize public transportation, MIT Shuttle Services, Zip Car, carpooling, and other sustainable options rather than driving alone to a MIT event.
