Kansai Verb てform is formed exactly the same way as たform. Therefore, Verbs that end withうhave an euphonic change when formingてform.

a/o-う→ -oo-て	買(か)う→こうて 払(はら)う→はろ（う）て 酔(よ)う→ようて 通(かよ)う→かよ（う）て 使(つか)う→つこ（う）て
-i-う→ -iu-て	言(い／ゆ)う→いうて／ゆうて
-u-う→ -uu-て	吸(す)う→すうて ふるう→ふる（う）て
