Chi Workout (30 minutes)

10 sessions, $58 ($46 MIT Health Plan members and MIT retirees,
$30 MIT students)
Chi Workout™ is a light aerobic fitness class that gently
encourages the development of better strength, flexibility,
balance and coordination. Using basic Chinese martial arts
techniques and breathing methods set at a slow pace, class
participants develop good form and burn calories without
overly stressing the cardio vascular system, joints or musculature.
Chi Workout™ is designed by Dorri Li and Zeljko Freiberger
MD. Wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. Led by
Dorri Li.
