Lighten Up: Mind-Body Approaches to Better Eating

10 sessions, $115 ($92 MIT Health Plan members and MIT retirees, $60
MIT students)
This class integrates a variety of mind/body techniques to help reduce stress and mindless eating. It will include lecture, discussion, meditation, mindful eating, yoga and relaxation practices. Also includes personalized follow-up after the class ends.
