Kung Fu Basics

$60 MIT students)
Combat modern office fatigue with an invigorating kung fu workout. This class is intended to develop your strength, flexibility, coordination and balance through the practice of basic kung fu stance work, hand techniques and kicking drills. A beginner level form will be taught as well. Please wear loose fitting pants and athletic shoes.
