$60 MIT students)
Tai Chi Fitness & Fan Form™ is a
blend of traditional Qi Gong exercises, Yang Style Tai Chi
techniques and simple tai chi fan movements built into a
contemporary fitness class structure. Classes will drill
8 Movement Form, a short, choreographed set of simple Tai
Chi hand techniques, stance and footwork and 16 Movement
Fan Form, which is known for its grace and balance. Tai Chi
Fitness & Fan Form™ is a Dorri
Li Fitness Signature Workout. Fans will be provided or may
be purchased separately.
