MIT Science of Baseball

	Katie Appelbe Coaching and Teaching Assistant Katie graduated from Harvard this year and completed her career as a catcher on the Harvard softball team. She had the amazing opportunity to receive a great education and play the sport she loves in college. Even though she is from Arizona, she has become a Boston Red Sox fan after living in Boston the past four years.
	Alec Echevarria Coaching and Teaching Assistant Alec is a rising senior studying aeronautical engineering at MIT. He has been playing baseball for more than 17 years and is currently a member of the MIT varsity baseball team. When he is not at school, he lives in San Diego, California with his family. His favorite teams are the New York Yankees and the Boston Red Sox.
	Dan Kilbridge Coaching and Teaching Assistant Dan is a student at American University in Washington, DC. This will be his second year working with the MSBP. Born in Cambridge, he maintains that the Red Sox are by far the best team in any sport and could probably beat the Patriots at football if given the opportunity. Dan will be one of several coaches responsible for managing field time and daily practices on the baseball diamond, where his word is law.
