Conference Logistics

The Conference will be held in Building E-38. See map below for directions or see the interactive map here.

Accommodation:

All participants will be staying at the Kendall Hotel in Cambridge. Please give them your name and the name of the conference. The hotel is right next door to MIT and the location of the conference. Each participant will have their own room(unless otherwise mentioned through separate correspondance) for three nights(Thursday, Friday, and Saturday). All meals will be provided by MIT through the course of the conference. For further information regarding the Kendall Hotel, the website is: www.kendallhotel.com.

Travel:

You may either purchase a ticket yourself and be reimbursed by MIT, or you may call Maryella Blundo at Travel Collaborative and she will arrange you flight (I recommend this method as it simplifies the billing process for MIT). If you are an international participant, please make sure you call as soon as possible in order to finalize your flight as there is limited availability in January. If you are a domestic participant, please call Maryella by the first or second week in January. There is a toll-free number to call to avoid long distance charges. Please pay special attention to the times and dates which her office is closing early for the Holidays.
