Users like the ability to print anywhere and anytime. The flexibility seemed to be more important for some than others, but overall a positive.
It's much faster than having to log onto or plug a flashdrive into an on-campus printer-specific computer. Users mentioned using it in emergencies, when this speed makes it a great system.
The availability of both B&W and color printing is a plus.
Users have issues with the touchscreen. Across the board, they lack the appropriate sensitivity. Additionally, some users have issues with the card-swiping system. It can be unresponsive, and sometimes just doesn't work.
Sometimes users find it difficult to find a printer, or find themselves in areas with no printers. If you find a printer, but realize that you don't have your ID, there is no alternate login system.
Printers often have issues: running out of ink or paper, having a paper jam, or simply not working. When this happens, printers are sometimes down for days or even weeks.
