During the Fall and Spring semesters, we hold regular workshops on Sundays and Mondays. There are two one-hour workshops on Sunday afternoons from 2:30 to 3:30 pm and 4:00 to 5:00 pm, with a half-hour practice time between 3:30 and 4:00 pm. On Monday, there is one one-hour workshop from 7:30 to 8:30 pm. in the evening and a half-hour practice between 8:30 and 9:00 pm. Workshop fees can be found here.

The contents of our workshops may vary each year. Normally we will teach several dances in one semester. The lessons for each dance may last a few weeks beginning from the first level and continuing through higher levels. Thus, one can learn several figures that can be combined into a short routine.

The Sunday workshops are primarily taught by professionals from local dance studios, and the Monday workshops are primarily taught by advanced dancers of MIT Ballroom Dance Team.
