CDC Election Monitoring exercises were designed to document the implementation of "ward" and "at-large" elections and to collect information useful for the evaluation of the first STI. The full set of survey instruments and reporting forms to be completed by CDC Election Monitors, and the respective guidelines in English and Dari, will be uploaded below following the completion of CDC Election Monitoring activities in the 10 evaluation districts.
