Sub-Project Selection Procedure Monitoring exercises were designed to document the selection of sub-projects by either "secret-ballot referendum" or "consultation meeting" procedures and to collect information useful for the evaluation of the second STI. The full set of survey instruments and reporting forms to be completed by Sub-Project Selection Procedure Monitors, and the respective guidelines in Dari, will be uploaded below following the completion of Sub-Project Selection Monitoring activities in the 10 evaluation districts.
