MIT CopyTech is an MIT internal provider serving the MIT community. We are eager to work with our customers on providing the best possible price estimates to assist you in completing your printing projects.

Below is a a quick pricing guide for simple projects. Please contact us if you have a large project so we may help you to keep within your budget.

Self-service copying	.05 per impression / 8.5 x 11 black & white
Self-service computer workstations	No charge; scanners are also available
Drop-off production	.05 per impression / 8.5 x 11 black & white
Digital color printing	.50 per 8.5 x 11 impression 1.00 per 11 x 17 impression
Large-format color prints Mounting options available	$8.00 sq. ft. glossy stock $6.00 sq. ft. heavy-weight stock
Preparing electronic files	$45.00 per hour / e-charge
Scan to PDF option	Scanning of loose originals: $.10 per page Scanning of bound materials: $.15 per page
Burn to CD option Burn to DVD	$3.00 for ready-to-burn files $4.00 with print on CD; e-charge may apply. Ask about volume discounts. $5.00 $6.00 w / print on DVD
