Welcome to the MIT Chemical Engineering REFS Group
The REFS group is intended to be a confidential source of support for students to come discuss their concerns, and personal conflicts. Our role is to assist graduate students in strategizing ways to deal effectively with their sources of conflict. We invite students to bring up any issues that are potential causes of stress: including financial, academic, intrapersonal, professional, student group, racial, gender, or cultural concerns. REFS-X is a group of Chemical Engineering students specifically dedicated to providing this safe, non-judgemental, comfortable space for our fellow graduate peers. We are here to listen, and we are here to help.
