There are three levels of information included: An overview of four main types, a more detailed description of each of the main types, and a detailed, step-by-step example from South Africa of how to carry out an interactive workshop. A wall chart (picture to the right) which highlights a 15-step process of community planning may be downloaded (pdf format, 1.2 MB size) for printing. The chart is based on a series of workshops held in Bangladesh.
