Core H: Protein Carbohydrate Interaction Core

Scientfic Objective: Determine specificity of a CBP for a given carbohydrate ligand or vice versa. This Core will construct glycoarrays or CBP arrays with the compounds provided by Core D and screen for affinity of target molecules on these arrays.

Operations involving Central Database:

  • Data entry (results of affinity screening experiments and protocols used)
  •
  • Edit entry
  •
  • Finalize data
  •
  • Request resource from Core D via Resources page
  •
  • Search and display data

  • Core B is working with the Core Directors to finalize and implement the above operations and more. Please revisit this site soon to check out the new functions

Data sets: Graphs and tables corresponding to affinity screening results and experimental protocols

Identifiers: The primary identifiers for Core H data are CBP ID and Carb ID. Other identifiers include Affinity Experiment ID and Protocol ID
