DECIDE, DESIGN & DELIVER
Implement

Once you have decided on a delivery method for your training program, designed the content, materials and exercises, and obtained final “buy-in” and agreement from key stakeholders, you are ready to implement your new program.

As you pilot or test your training program, you may find it helpful to return to the key questions and training factors in this guide to fine-tune the delivery of your program over time.

Whether we choose an e-learning or classroom or blended approach, it is important to anticipate and respond to the diverse needs and styles of participants. In addition, the “intangible factors” come into play at every level. We tend to learn best when we can be creative, laugh, and enjoy ourselves in the process.

Let us know how your program goes! Your comments and suggestions are welcome. Please feel free to contact us.
