DECIDE, DESIGN & DELIVER
Overview

In this latter phase of the process, decisions about the content, design, and delivery method for your training program will need to be made. In this section you will find several tools to assist in making decisions about these areas.

In the Develop and Design, Final Buy-in, and Implement sections you will find questions and discussion to assist you in this overall process.

In addition there are two options regarding exploring choice of delivery methods.

Also, during this later phase of the training design process, it is important to continue communication with stakeholders and sponsors. Finally, keeping in mind the diverse needs of our community of participants is a key to all trainings. Consulting with different constituencies and ensuring that all members of our MIT community are appropriately involved can allow for a genuinely inclusive training environment.
