A notification center on the T app would allow users to plan their trips better and get alerted when a delay happened. Riders could also use the app to report delays and problems to warn other riders down the line. This would be particularly helpful for riders that take the same route everyday. They could program their route and travel times in the app and get automatically alerted when delays were happening.
