What are the main problems with the T?
Cost
It is confusing to keep track of different transfers and to know how much you are being charged, so it is difficult to know when to fill up your CharlieCard. Also, most people don’t carry cash anymore and don’t want to pay in cash, but if their Charlie Card is empty or they forget it they may have to. And finally, the T is getting more and more expensive.
“I don’t understand why their aren’t pay stations at the bus stops, then you have to pay cash and in exact change! There really should be an easier way to pay.”
