There are some MBTA-endorsed apps and online trip planning tool, but they are not cohesive. There are also maps and signs at each stop and the buses and trains announce each stop. Yet, the maps and signs can be confusing or placed in bad locations so people don't see them, and it can be hard to hear the announcements. |
