What are the main problems with the T?
Reliability
The T often has delays and users normally don’t know about the delay until they are already waiting for their ride. This causes riders to have to wait for extended periods of time and possibly be late for their appointments. There needs to be a better way to communicate those delays and allow users to better prepare for their trips.
“It takes me 8-10 minutes to walk from my apartment to the bus stop. I check [online] to see when the bus will be 10 minutes away, but it is regularly late and takes closer to 16-17 minutes. I have learned how to time the bus arrival. Also, sometimes the bus leaves early.”
