I. Optics

Image formation, diffraction, and polarization Image formation, interference, and polarization are studied in several experiments which include measurements of the focusing properties of a postive lens, determination of the wavelength of laser light by multiple wave interference, and the measurement of the intensity of light transmitted by crossed polarizers.
