- SoE INFINITE MILE AWARDS FOR DIVERSITY AND COMMUNITY
Nominees for this award promote diversity and harmony in the workplace by taking
positive steps to promote cross-cultural sensitivity and a strong sense of
community. Through a profound concern for and attention to the divergent needs
of others, this individual creates or helps to create a welcoming and supportive
environment in which all are encouraged to excel.
- SoE INFINITE MILE AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE
Nominees for SoE Infinite Mile Awards for Excellence are, first and foremost, individuals or teams of individuals whose work is of the highest quality. They stand out because of their high level of commitment and because of the enormous energy and enthusiasm they bring to their work. Often, they are renowned for their dedication and caring. SoE Infinite Mile Award winners, both individuals and teams, do their jobs extremely well and they make it easier for others to do likewise. (Generally, teams should consist of no more than five people.)

Nominees for these awards welcome and make the most of opportunities to collaborate across units. They may have contributed successfully to cross-functional efforts. These individuals have a broad perspective. They embrace the needs and values of the Institute as a whole. They are generous with their time and their knowledge.
