Conference Registration is Closed
The conference registration fee for all of the conference participants whom have registered online or by mail on or before the deadline must be received by Friday, November 12, 2004 5:00pm e.s.t. to finalize registration and guarantee a space in the conference. Email confirmation is sent out when registration is complete.
To complete registration mail check made payable to “Enzyme Mechanisms Conference”. We are not able to process credit card transactions for payment. The tax exempt number (EIN) for the conference is 52-1749266. Please note: registration process is not complete until payment is received. Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation. The 19th Enzyme Mechanisms Conference will be held at the Asilomar Conference Grounds in Pacific Grove, California. The conference will begin with an opening reception on the evening of January 5, 2005 and conclude with a closing Banquet held at the Monterey Bay Aquarium the evening of January 8, 2005. Scientific sessions will be held during the mornings and evenings of January 6 and 7 and during the morning and afternoon on January 8. Posters will be displayed the entire time.
Asilomar Conference Grounds are located along the shoreline of California’s Monterey Peninsula in Pacific Grove. In January, the weather will be mild (60 – 65 degrees midday) and breezy. Pacific Grove is approximately 105 miles south of San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and about 75 miles south of San Jose International Airport (SJC). Both airports are serviced by the Monterey Salinas Airbus, which provides service to Asilomar Conference Grounds. There are also several car rental companies that provide service in the Monterey area. For car rental information and local driving directions (click here). It is strongly recommended to make your transportation arrangements (flight as well as airbus/rental car) well in advance. We have negotiated special room rates on the Asilomar conference grounds - please register for your room(s) directly with Asilomar.
