During the term, in addition to our small groups and various other activities, we meet together weekly in a large group setting. Large groups are very important in KCF, since they are a vital way the entire fellowship can gather and worship together.
Large groups begin with a time of musical praise and worship, as well as a time of prayer. Afterwards, we generally enter into a time of teaching, through seminars, manuscript studies of Biblical passages, guest speakers, or videos. After the meeting, we invite people to stick around, have a few refreshments, and chat with some of the members of the group.
In the past, we have also used our large group meeting time for campus outreach, through such group activities as study breaks, open-air worship, concerts of prayer and prayer walks.
Meetings are generally held in the McCormick gym, though in the past we have also met in the Student Center and various other parts of campus. The large group gathers on Wednesday nights at 8PM.
Large groups are preceded by prayer meetings at 7PM. We encourage everyone to attend.
