Sinead is a management consultant, who guides corporations in business systems development and organizational restructuring efforts. She holds a degree in Applied Physics & Electronics from University College Galway, Ireland.
Sinead has been dubbed "the efficiency expert" because of her years of assessing the effectiveness of business systems and processes for such corporations as Dell, Hitachi, Intel, Nortel, NEC, Siemens, Silicon Graphics and Sun Microsystems. Her experience spans diverse high-tech industries from semiconductors and telecommunications to energy and health care. In 2000 Sinead directed the restructuring of Nortel's Supply Chain in Europe. In 2002 Sinead began establishing business systems and project management practices for IHS Energy.
Prior to attending Sloan in 2006 she worked with Pfizer Health Solutions creating strategies for process integration of outsourced product development projects. Sinead is passionate about the need for greater corporate social responsibility as companies constantly strive for greater efficiency. Her focus is on creating sustainable and cost effective global business solutions.
