NEW!!! Apply for the 2001 MITSWE scholarships
MITSWE has introduced four scholarships this year. Two of them are for MITSWE members. One of them is open to ALL MIT undergraduates. These three scholarships are in the amount of $3000 spread over your remaining years at MIT. The last one is for high school senior women planning to major in any field of engineering. The high school scholarship is in the amount of $500 per year for four years. The new scholarship form is now available ONLINE for you to fill out! Click here for the forms and other details. The deadline is EXTENDED to midnight on April 26, 2001. Good luck with your application!

SCHOLARSHIPS ^top
To be eligible for a SWE scholarship, an applicant must be a woman engineering or computer science student enrolled in an ABET-accredited university. Students applying for sophomore, junior, senior, or graduate scholarships must maintain a minimum 3.5/4.0 grade point average. The application deadline for sophomore, junior, senior, and graduate scholarships is February 1. The application for freshman and re-entry scholarships is May 15.List of National Scholarships |
