Registration Fees:
Online Registration is available to members and non-members. Online registration can be paid by check, credit/debit card or bank/wire transfer (if eligible). We do not accept purchase orders. Individuals registering online must pay by credit card and can immediately print a confirmation (receipt). Registration Fees do NOT include meals, parking fees, or transportation costs. The last day for regular registration is Monday, September 30, 2024 at 11:59 PM EDT. The late/onsite registration fees begin 12:00 AM EDT on Tuesday, October 1, 2024.
Before you register — join APS or update your membership to guarantee the best registration rate. APS members who are not part of DNP can pay the DNP member rate by joining DNP. Attendees traveling from outside the United States should review the guidelines for international travel. International members of reciprocal societies, see https://www.aps.org/membership/join/reciprocal-societies, can pay the APS member rate.

Students join APS!
Students joining APS for the first time may qualify for free one-year membership. To join online, click here. In order to see the correct registration rate, make sure your account is configured properly. You can update this by logging into my.aps.org. Then:
Note that undergraduate students, including CEU students, are not subject to late registration fees.
However, CEU Students should not register until they have been accepted into the program.
International Attendee Registration Visa Information

Visa Letter of Invitation
If you require a personal letter of invitation to attend the DNP meeting contact abs-help@aps.org. To avoid delay when requesting a letter please include:

Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by September 23, 2024. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by September 24, 2024. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted on or after September 24, 2024. Submit all requests to the APS registrar at registrar@aps.org and abs-help@aps.org if you are speaking or presenting. APS regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Hotel Information
The 2024 Division of Nuclear Physics (DNP) Conference will be held at the headquarters hotel Hilton Boston Park Plaza. There was a limited number of rooms available for conference participants at a special DNP rate; the cut off/deadline is Wednesday, September 11, 2024. Bookings can also be made over the phone by calling (617) 379-7129. Participants must identify themselves as part of the APS Division of Nuclear Physics 2024 Meeting to receive the group rate. Reservations may be canceled with no penalty up to 72 hours before check-in. Within the 72 hour window, cancellations will be charged one night room and tax. If a guest does not check-in on their arrival date, a “no-show” fee of one night room and tax will be charged.
Overflow Hotel
In light of the need, we have added an overflow hotel that is about 20 minutes away from the headquarters hotel via transit. The Arcadian Hotel still has a limited number of rooms available for conference participants at the special DNP rate; however the cut off/deadline is Thursday, September 19, 2024. Please email donatella.cedrone@sonder.com to get the DNP rate and confirm your reservation. Students accepted into the CEU program and funded by the program should not book their own hotel room. The booking will be done for them by the program organizers.
