As Annie is finishing setting up breakfast Sarah walks in and begins to eat. Annie is done and goes out to the Living Room* to tell people.
Norman enters and seeing Sarah by herself begins to flirt with her. They both leave and Tom and Annie come in. Annie tries to get Tom to express himself, and after having failed (Tom still doesn't get it) Annie smashes a plate in frustration. Tom leaves the room happy to get out of there. Norman consoles Annie.

Eventually Annie makes her way out to the
Garden.
